The staff were really friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the room was quite big. We ate in the bar in the evening and had breakfast the next morning. Both meals were lovely and reasonably priced.
Be careful where you park your car. There is a car park across the road from the hotel which is cheaper than the hotels but when we went into it we saw a car being broken into. The hotel car park has cameras and security and some of the rooms overlook it so cars are safe there.

The staff were extremely helpful and the parking facilities were A1.
Poor lighting in the bedrooms especially for reading and lighting over bathroom mirror too glaring especially for applying make- up.

Close to city center and buffet breakfast was excellent
We had to wait for a room because the hotel offered late checkout for people who had just run the Limerick marathon. As we didn't run we didn't complain about the inconvenience

I got complimentary city twin room as an upgrade, nice gesture. Staff were amicable and accommodating, and facilities were great here.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

As with all Jury hotels, it was well located and very good value for money in a central position in Limerick. Rooms were basic but well furnished though the room walls were a little thin!! The hotel was a few minutes walk from the main shopping and restaurant street but we didn't venture far as the excellent Freddy's bistro was a few minutes walk away in Theatre Lane. This restaurant was a real gem and offerd superb food at a very reasonable cost.
Better instructions on the website to the nearby Henry Street car park would have been helpful.

Excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to city center.
Road noise in room at ground level, I think windows really need to be examined and sealed for sound proof-ness

Staff very friendly. Had lovely breakfast on arrival. Paid cash for stay & then due to unforseen circumstances had to check out later in day. Receptionist /manager offered me a full refund which I did not expect & felt I could not take as we had used the facilities.I was then given half my money back. In the current economical climate I felt this was very decent of Jurys & I most certainly will be recommending staying with this group to others & we will return to Jurys when next in Limerick.

this hotel was quite central and in walking distance of all limericks nightlife. Staff were very helpful with directions etc
The room was at the front of the hotel and as a result was quite noisy with traffic from the road.

Hotel staff very friendly and we got a late check-out no problem at no extra charge. The hotel is very close to the city centre and within walking distance to good restaurants and pubs.
Hotel needs an update. You get what you pay for. If I was to stay in Limerick again I would pay the little bit extra to stay in a newer up-to date hotel
